"The host canceled this reservation 39 days before arrival. This is an automated posting." - Loren, 7/01/2017

"Perfect location close to everything that makes Seattle unique. Great for sightseeing. Nice view from balcony and clean, comfortable living areas." - Kimberly, 7/01/2017

"Excellent location and cute accommodations! Great communications with landlord." - Naomi, 6/01/2017

"Emma's is the perfect location for the full Seattle experience. You have a beautiful view of the pier and the Olympic mountain range across Puget Sound. While Emma's location may cost more than others in the area, you are with in walking distance of everything and not too far from the airport. In other words we saved a ton in Uber and Lyft prices as we walked everywhere. My wife and I stayed with my in laws with the most comfort. It was a bit small for 4, but perfectly acceptable. I would recommend a Seattle City pass as Emma's is 15-20 minutes from most of the attractions. My only negative comment is about the immediate surroundings, and is not the owners fault. Seattle has a large number of homeless and they sleep in front of the complex. It was not uncommon to see feces in the sidewalks. This was city wide and not just this location. I would stay again." - Daniel, 6/01/2017

"The location of this unit is incredible. We were within walking distance to majority of the main attractions in downtown Seattle. Several amazing restaurants nearby. The included parking is a positive as well. The only complaint that I have is that because of its location, it's a tad noisy (throughout the night). With being a light sleeper, that was not ideal. Overall though, I highly recommend staying here!" - Allison, 5/01/2017

"Emma's space was excellent. The property is in an central location right in the middle of it all, yet very quiet and private at the same time. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and we'll stocked with anything you could need for your stay in Seattle. We highly recommend staying with Emma and look forward to our next return visit." - Mike, 4/01/2017

"Excellent place, we loved it a d will be back :)" - Ernest, 2/01/2017

"The view from the balcony was amazing. Location big enough for 2 couples. In the heart of Pike Place. Thanks again" - Julian, 2/01/2017

"This was our second stay. Very easy, always pleasant." - Kelly, 11/01/2016

"Apartment was well equipped, and cleaning was provided when needed. Thanks for the effort!" - Itay, 10/01/2016

"The front door led to a street that was good and not a bad part of town, but the back door led to post alley which is kind of dirty. (But fun gum wall) Other than that the suite is awesome. Jesse, age 10. Ft Worth, TX" - LaVonne, 8/01/2016

"All self guided- did not meet the host. The apartment is in a great location. We stayed one night - hard to tell about safety. That morning there was a break in into a car that was parked in front of the building." - Natalie, 8/01/2016

"The location is perfect!!!!" - Jennifer, 8/01/2016

"The location is excellent. The parking was a bonus. The space is OK and needs some touch-up." - Charles, 8/01/2016

"The location was great! However, we were disappointed with the unit itself. The carpet had stains, there was trash under the couch (saw when we pulled out the sleeper), there were no linens for the sleeper sofa (had to wait for them once we called to complain), the unit was small, and there is no air conditioning (only fans). I understand that Seattle doesn't need air conditioning most of the year, but the listing should say fans. If location is what you are looking for, this is the place. If you want a little more comfort, I would look elsewhere. It's not worth it for the price." - Paula, 7/01/2016

"Stuffy Unit w/No Privacy, Working Keys, or Safety. My sister and I were looking forward to staying here. She had looked for units with air conditioning & this one came up on the search. We arrived in Seattle to 90+ degree weather. Needless to say, we were looking forward to cooling down. After trying to unlock the door which the owners said was difficult (which is an understatement), we finally managed to enter the unit. It was 89 degrees inside, stuffy, and humid. In addition to two ineffective fans that blew hot air around, the "air conditioner" was an "in-unit" one. Basically what that means is a box that sits in the middle of a room and emits cold air about 1' in front of it. There is a large tube that extends from the back that is supposed to be vented outside. Since the unit was clearly misrepresented, my sister called the owner. The owner told my sister to simply open the door, put the tube outside, and keep the door open. All. The. Time. Wait...what? We were supposed to open the door and keep it open all the time? Why, yes, because - according to the owner - "that's how it's done in Seattle." Really? Because we stayed and traveled around Seattle and didn't see doors wide open with tubes sticking out of them nor did we see ANYONE with open doors letting the hot air into their units to cool them down. Nope. Not one. According to the owner, we were to leave the patio door open all the time in order for the tube of the "air conditioner" to go outside. So, if the next door neighbor wanted to they could easily crawl over the low railing connecting the two units and enter the apartment since there wasn't even a lockable screen door leading to the patio. From a safety standpoint, neither my sister or I felt this was acceptable. Who in their right mind tells guests to leave the door open *all night* when someone could enter the unit? Leaving a door open is an open invitation to either being robbed or assaulted. If we left the door open during the day and the place was vandalized, we risked being responsible for damages. Being that we weren't in the mood to be assaulted or robbed during our stay in Seattle nor did we want to pay for damage to the unit if it was vandalized, we felt it was best not to stay there. Other challenges: the patio only holds 2 chairs & a table. The view is apartments that we could see into. The building keys don't work well. When returning keys, we tried unsuccessfully for 25 min. to get in the complex. This unit provides a stressful, frustrating experience." - Ann R., 06/14/2016

"Clean nice place in a great neighborhood. Plenty of places to eat and shop nearby. Very easy to get to this apartment from the airport via the AirTrain. Also easy to get to Space Needle and glass museum via monorail. The apartment was perfect for my wife and I plus two daughters. It was small but perfect for us." - Gary, 6/01/2016

"Great location next to Pike's Market and the Harbor front. Convenient parking made coming & going easy. Parking issue (someone in our spot) was resolved quickly. Location has easy access to I-5 for exploring further afield." - Carolyn, 5/01/2016

"Amazing location and walking distance to literally everything. Great hosts and replies quickly!" - Daniel, 3/01/2016

"Emma was great!! The apartment was amazing. We were literally next to Pikes place. It was so convenient. There was so much to do nearby and good food to eat. Most of the places were walking distance. And uber was so convenient everywhere we go was less than $10. The apart, net itself was very clean and well equid.we stayed for 5 nights. It has plenty of sheets and blankets for the cold weather. Shower has your basic necessity that you need. Make sure you bring your own toothbrush and tooth paste. If not, target is just across the street u can get everything u need there. There's also washer and dryer and detergent for us to use inside the apartment. And the gym and parking included was a plus. Emma went out of her way and made us a spare gym key during our stay, when we told her, the gym key was not there. And the booklet they provide gives clear instruction on everything about the apartment, the entrance, the parking and what's good near by! Over all it was a amazing stay, and I would definitely come back again ! Thank you Emma!" - Louisa, 2/01/2016

"Perfect location for walking around Seattle!" - Keri, 2/01/2016

"We loved the apartment and the location it was great. Parking was an awesome addition As you know parking in the city is expensive! Only one minor down side the neighbors were very noisy other than that awesome!" - Will, 1/01/2016

"best place to stay in the heart of Seattle. All the amenities you are looking for. Next door to Pike's Market, walking distance to all of downtown Seattle. Loved the fresh ground beans every morning! This was the perfect base for all of our excursions, be it shopping, sight-seeing or dining. We took advantage of the multitude of restaurants close by, and the rooftop sitting area was the perfect place to unwind at the end of the day. Gorgeous view of the waterfront. Would definitely stay here again!" - Wayne W., 12/12/2015

"The location is amazing! The back door puts you at the south end of the Pike Place Market, and the front door is a block (and a long flight of stairs down) from the waterfront. The Seattle Art Museum and Benaroya Hall are also nearby. It was easy walking to Belltown or Pioneer Place. The International District and Seattle Center are a little further walk or a short ride. Parking was included which is a bonus if you want to roam further afield. Communication through airbnb was easy, and Emma provides a packet with all the info you need. As might be expected downtown, space is at a premium, and the closets are already filled. Wifi was easy. Cable/satellite tv but only public stations available; the door was drafty, but then I wasn't in Seattle to sit around and watch tv." - Hubie, 12/01/2015

"I love when things are organized so when I got the email from Emma & Van on the directions I was thrilled with the time they took in the small details. The suite was perfect for my fiancé and I, we didn't have to take car out of the garage until we left because we walked everywhere. We would stay here everytine we visit Seattle! " - Taylor F., Walla Walla, Wa, 11/10/2015

"Great place to stay in the heart of it all. Communication with the host was a bit difficult at first but everything worked out great in the end. Much thanks and look forward to possibly staying again!" - Kelly, 11/01/2015

"As a first time Airbnb user, the experience with Emma and this location was a very smooth experience. Host was accommodating and polite throughout our stay and the location was clean and fully stocked with all the necessary supplies for a quick getaway. The rooftop access has a beautiful view of the bay as well as street exit to avoid the steep walk up Post Alley. Location within the city was superb and having a parking spot was quite helpful. Bed was a little small, but I'm a little gigantic, so I can't hold that against them :)" - Robert, 11/01/2015

"Fantastic place to stay! everything you need, right in the middle of town. Beautiful views from the rooftop terrace. We loved it!" - Wayne W., 3694 Elm Garden Dr, Ar, 10/22/2015

"We loved this apartment! Unbelievably convenient - walk out the back door and you are ON Post Alley in Pike Place Market. We had every convenience of home, too. A fully stocked kitchen with utensils, wine glasses (!) coffee beans, grinder and maker (!!) lots of soft towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer, etc - I loved the washer and dryer in the condo for our rainy days. The decor was contemporary and perfect for Seattle. The tiny balcony still held us both so we could look out over the Bay and watch the ferry boats back and forth and the fog roll in and out. Cozy, but way more room than a hotel room and the amenities were awesome. We also loved the big patio deck for 360 views of Seattle. Thanks Emma and Van!!" - Molly W., Kansas City, Mi, 10/11/2015

"Emma's arrangement is so efficient! Everything u may need is in the file she offers! Great location. Quiet place to rest during trip. Great experience!" - Minna, 10/01/2015

"This home away from home was a great spot for our short overnight getaway. It was in a great location and Emma left a guide to local spots to help us take advantage of area highlights. We reached out 2 days before arrival and didn't hear back until the day of our check in. We would have appreciated a quicker turnaround in communication. That being said, when we arrived and had difficulty with the locks Emma was immediately responsive and got us in right away. The apartment was very clean and tidy with everything we needed available right at our fingertips. The view from the small balcony and the patio below were AMAZING! Thank you for a wonderful stay. We hope to come back again." - Amy, 10/01/2015

"Our overnight stay with Emma was wonderful! The apartment was all we needed as a small family and was exactly where we wanted to be. Only a short walk from Pikes place market, there are so many different places to shop, eat and explore. As food and beer fans we tried the The Pike Brewing Company for dinner. It is located right next to the building and has a fantastic menu with an even better beer selection (they also do take out orders so you can call and walk down to pick it up!). We were traveling with our 6 month old son, so having a pack and play crib and umbrella stroller provided in the apartment is wonderful for those traveling without them. So many great amenities are provided in this perfectly sized accommodation, not to mention the great view from the small balcony off the living room and the rooftop deck just 1 1/2 flights of stairs down! A parking spot is located in the secure garage across the street which is a luxury in the city so you never have to pay for expensive parking around the market and surrounding areas. Overall, our stay was wonderful, we would highly recommend and we will definitely be back!" - Harrison, 9/01/2015

"This space is great for a traveler or two seeking a home base located right next to the grandiose Pike Place. Emma accommodated us on less than 24 hour notice! An absolute blessing for our last minute impromptu trip. Keep in mind the apartment isn't lived in by your host, it's a rental property so there's a few overseen essentials that we forgot to pack (i.e. toothpaste). The apartment building is very modern and open with great communal areas, was always quiet and felt super safe. The parking isn't located in the building but very close by. Our favorite part about the space was watching the sun rise from the balcony made for just us two." - Melissa, 9/01/2015

"The apartment was easy to find with accessible parking, clean and ready for us to arrive. The location was great as its walking distance to some great places to eat and explore like, Pike's Place market. Thank you for having us." - Michael, 9/01/2015

"The apartment is just as described - comfortable, clean, & close to everything, yet tucked away and quiet. The building's grill deck is huge and offers a great view as well. Super, responsive hosts." - Daryl, 9/01/2015

"Excellent Seattle pre-cruise stay. We were in town for an Alaskan cruise to celebrate my in-laws anniversary. We decided to come in a couple of days early to also enjoy Seattle. Although I had been to Seattle for work, I really hadn't spent any time as a tourist. We loved it! Emma and Van's place was a great crash pad, and the location so close to the market couldn't be beat. We were there in late July, and it was very warm. It was a relief to have a place that had air conditioning. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything we could possibly need, though we ended up getting a lot of our eats from the market since it was so close. We also really enjoyed relaxing on the roof deck. Sunset was beautiful. We didn't use the parking since we didn't have a car, and you really didn't need one with this location and a short stay. Plenty to do within walking distance, and Uber was aplenty in Seattle. The apartment itself was very quiet, and we never heard noises from any of the neighbors. There were four of us total (2 adults and 2 kids), and it was a bit tight. However, it was spacious compared to the cruise ship! And having the washer and dryer available so that we could start the cruise with no dirty laundry was a big plus. Overall, it's probably a bit more ideal for just 2 people for any sort of extended stay. Emma and Van couldn't have been nicer and left a great guide to the area to help us out. I was sorry we weren't staying longer." - Go Sox!, Los Angeles, CA, 08/23/2015

"Emma's place was wonderful. It was conveniently located right next to pike's place and exactly what we were looking for given our short stay in Seattle. Could not have been more pleased and look forward to staying again the next time I'm in Seattle." - Shirley, 8/01/2015

"The host canceled this reservation the day before arrival. This is an automated posting." - Kegan, 8/01/2015

"Thank you so much for allowing us to stay here on such short notice. The proximity and the parking were perfect for our stay. The view from the patio and even out the window was amazing to watch the sunset each night. This was our second visit to Seattle from Madison Wisconsin in two years, the first time we stayed at a hotel but would not even consider that as an option after staying at Pike Place apartment. Look forward to returning again someday and will surely contact Emma and Van for our accommodations. Thanks again Jason and Amanda Madison Wisconsin " - Jason P., Oregon, WI, 07/10/2015

"I had a great experience staying at Emma's apt. She was able to accommodate me last minute and I had a very smooth check in process despite arriving late at night. The apartment was beautiful and I couldn't have asked for a better location. I only regret not having more time to enjoy it. I would definitely recommend it and hope to stay again in the future." - Madalyn, 7/01/2015

"Location was amazing. Awesome host. Highly recommended." - Mark, 7/01/2015

"Emma was a fantastic host and her condo was perfect for our night in Seattle. She was super communicative and even has a website with clear directions on how to check in, top ten sights in Seattle, places to eat/explore, etc. Very, very helpful for an out-of-town visitor. She even let us check in early without much advance notice. The condo was in a perfect location (right by Pike's Market), but was still quiet enough to get a fabulous night's sleep. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in Seattle." - Linnea, 7/01/2015

"Location location location! Mere steps from Pikes Market and all activities. We walked to Safeco from our location. The deck was the perfect place to watch the sunset! The condo has everything you need and the parking space was so so helpful!" - Ernie S., 2257 Bromley St. Unit #3,Me, 06/07/2015

"Pugent Sound Views!!. The property location is great. Literally a block from the market. The views from the balcony and rooftop garden are fantastic. We enjoyed bottles of wine watching the Bainbridge Ferry come in and go out while using the rooftop grill. Emma went out of her way to replace the coffee maker which broke during our stay. The City Target store is just a few blocks away and what we could not buy from the market, we acquired from Target. This cozy condo really does let you experience the many facets of Seattle. I would definitely recommend this to another couple who want the real Seattle experience." - Tim B., 05/21/2015

"The condo was as advertised. Thanks Emma for getting a new coffee brewer. What is Seattle without a cup of real joe? The views from the rooftop are excellent and we really enjoyed watching the Bainbridge ferries come and go. Great experience. Thanks Tim and Sharon B. " - Tim B., Fairfield, OH, 04/21/2015

"The apartment was beautiful and cozy and we loved being near Pike Market and the heart of the city. Thank you for sharing your space with us!" - Juarez C., Boca Raton, FL, 12/23/2014

A cute little condo with everything you need, I'll definately stay here in future trips to Seattle and tell my friends and family about it! Quyana for your hospitality and the great tips on places and shops to eat." - Diana G., Manokotak, AK, 11/21/2014

"Location and amenities!. I cannot stress enough how fantastic the location is. You are right near everything along the waterfront, a quick walk to everything downtown and not far from pioneer square too! Condo has all the amenities you need for a pleasant stay, seems like that have made sure you have everything, plus lots more. The brochures and booklets about what to do was nice. Also - everything labelled so you know what remote goes to what, what is in each drawer, etc... I will be staying here every time I come to Seattle." - Brian T., Memphis, TN, 11/11/2014

"Thank you so much! What a perfect vacation spot...steps from the Pike's Place market (what a treat to buy food there and prepare it in the apartment!) and from the waterfront. Couldn't be any closer to the Ferris Wheel and Aquarium. Such a convenience to be able to park the rental car, as well! We had a great time though our stay was way too short! "The Ultimate Convenience!. We'll never stay anywhere else! This was our third trip to Seattle. The convenience and location of the apartments was fantastic - steps from the Market and easy walking distance to every attraction/event/restaurant we visited. The deck was a nice plus. The security of keyed building entry was also appreciated. Bedding comfortable, and the owners have made great use of the living spaces. Owners really came through for us when we had to have an 'emergency' mail deliver (forgot some important docs) and came on the weekend to personally deliver our package although the office was closed - you sure won't get that kind of service in a hotel! Communications throughout the booking and stay were more than satisfactory - couldn't ask for a better rental experience! Clean and quiet, and we were not disturbed by street noise at all. Thanks for helping us make the most of our vacation experience! The Arnold and Chapman families." - Teresa A., Southeast USA, 07/08/2014

"The location is perfect. A short walk to everything. Even the walk to Safeco Field was short. Wish we would have booked longer, there are so many things to see and do that one weekend just isn't enough. The Ferris Wheel was great. This was our 4th Mariners game, but it felt like our first trip due to how great this location was. We did so many new things. Thanks for the coffee too!! MUCH APPRECIATED. It was great sitting on the balcony having my coffee and watching the sail boats and ferries. Thanks Emma and Van." - Jeri A., Troy, MT, 06/29/2014

"A fabulous home away from home. Location couldn't be better to all the sites of downtown area Seattle. All information provided prior to our arrival was well detailed and great recommendations for eating out. " - Julie B., Phoenix, AZ, 05/26/2014

"We stayed at the apartment May 5-7 and it was exactly as advertised. Loved having a full kitchen stocked with dishes and supplies and the washer\dryer in the unit was very convenient as well. The furniture was comfortable and the balcony, although small, was nice to have. The views from the roof deck were fantastic. The highlight for us was definitely the location. Loved being able to walk out the back door and practically be in Pike Place Market. So close to the shops and restaurants of downtown. Having a spot in the parking garage next door was also a huge plus. This was our first time in Seattle and we loved it! We would not hesitate to stay here again and would recommend it to our friends. Thank you Emma and Van." - Tiffany T., Mashpee, MA, 05/07/2014

"My husband, my 7 year old son, and I recently stayed at this condo for about a week. It was an amazing experience! This condo is clean, comfortable, and very well stocked with all the comforts of home. From the washer and dryer, to the shampoo and conditioner and hairdryer in the bathroom, to my favorite part, the yummy coffee and creamer in the kitchen, you cant get any better! The best part is the location. It is literally steps to the pike place market and all that area has to offer. The view from the balcony is beautiful, and the rooftop deck has the best view you could imagine. Thanks so much Emma & Van!! We look forward to staying here again many more times to come :)" - Cynthia B., 11166 Romola st.,La, 04/16/2014

"This is a gem of a spot. Very easy to access, secure and lovely amenities. The owners have done a great job with local recommendations and decor. The condo is right in the middle of downtown attractions. We walked and took the bus everywhere (an adventure in itself). You can rent bikes and cruise Elliot Bay-our favorite activity. We had a great time-Thank you!" - Pam H., Mt. Hood Parkdale ,97, 03/28/2014

"We stayed in this condo for six nights in mid March. The location can't be beat! It is a five minute walk to the waterfront and and even closer walk to Pike's Market. We loved Seattle, so much to do. Would definitely recommend this condo to friends and family traveling to the area." - Kim M., Rochester, NY, 03/26/2014

"Great Condo, Excellent Location Highly Recommend " - Alvar H., Kingsville, Te, 03/17/2014

"Ideal basecamp for two! We very much enjoyed our stay. The condo was perfectly located for our thoroughly enjoying our favorite city in the U.S. The view from the TWO accessible rooftop decks is unbeatable. " - Scott C., Columbia, MO, 03/02/2014

"Awesome!. My husband and I stayed at Seattle City Suites for a little weekend getaway this past weekend. I have to say if you are going to Seattle this is where you want to stay! It is close to EVERYTHING! The condo is very clean and cozy. I loved waking up in the morning and seeing the sun shining off the mountains right outside my window. Emma was wonderful to work with and was easy to contact for anything. They really care about you, and making sure you are relaxed and enjoying your stay. I loved all of the information they have for you about the area attractions, restaurants, and things to do. The included parking was a huge bonus as well. I absolutely love Seattle and this was my second time visiting the city. Things I would recommend is popping over to the University District, there are some amazing little restaurants over there, Sound Coffee and Morsel has the best biscuits, breakfast sandwiches, and caramel macchiato I've had in my entire life. U:Don is also over there for an amazing Japanese noodle experience, they make the noodles right there in front of you! We also did Bill Speidel's Underground Tour, super interesting and worth it! I would not recommend this if you have kids with you though, it is on the R rated side. In the market Piroshky Piroshky is fantastic for an awesome breakfast. Also, don't bother going to Starbucks, get your coffee from all the local shops instead. I never have had a bad cup of coffee in this town and I have not stepped foot in a Starbucks while here. All in all, we will be returning to Seattle. We still have lots more eating and exploring to do! When we do, this is the ONLY place I will be staying at. Thank you so much Van and Emma for such a wonderful experience!!!! Danielle Fahrner" - shearsgirl, Chicago, 02/19/2014

"We stayed for Valentine's weekend, 3 days/2 nights. Emma and Van were very accommodating and answered all questions without hesitation. The location is extremely central - as in, Pike Place Market is just behind us and is a 1 minute walk. It is a small yet cozy condo that was stocked with any bed, kitchen, bathroom and cleaning necessities you may need; if you're missing anything, City Target is 1-2 blocks up on Pike St! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and plan to stay with one of or the same Seattle City Suites condo for our next visits. " - Jessica S., Aldergrove, BC, 02/16/2014

"My husband and I stayed at Seattle City Suites for a little weekend getaway this past weekend. " - Danielle H., , 02/10/2014

"wonderful condo. Another wonderful condo owned by Emma and Van. This place was the best ever! steps away from the market, the waterfront and downtown. We walked everywhere, coming back for a break and a snack when our legs couldn't walk anymore. Super quiet location at night. As always the check-in/check out process is well explained and flawless. Thanks for a wonderful spot!" - Tara M., Victoria, British Columbia, 01/30/2014

"This location was perfect and right in the thick of things. When you add the parking together with the location it became a much better deal then any hotel offers downtown. The straight forward instructions were also greatly appreciated. I would stay again." - Christopher M., PORTLAND, OR, 01/02/2014

"Just spent three days at this little gem of a rental. What a great location and value, I did a lot of "comparison shopping" before booking. Fun "modern" vibe! Literally walk out the door and you are in Post Alley and a half block from Pike's Market. We walked everywhere except the Seattle Center , could have walked, but jumped on the monorail at Westlake Center. Easy walk to the Seahawks final game of the season, my first NFL game, lots of fun being part of the crowd before, during, and after the game. Planned to take a taxi from airport, but decided to try the light rail, very easy and saved enough for one of our dinners out. Planned on doing some cooking in, kitchen has EVERYTHING you can think of, but the abundance of awesome dining choices won out. Great meals at Il Bistro, and the Virginia Inn (just another block further in Bell Town). We travel through Seattle a few times a year from Alaska and usually never leave the airport, this stopover has us rethinking that, already thinking about what we can do next time we stay a few days! Hopefully your place will be available, we would definitely stay again. " - Barb K., HOMER, AK, 12/30/2013

"Amenities, price and location! All of these are AMAZING! We are an Air Force family that is transitioning from our last assignment in Japan to a new base in Illinois and we decided to stay over for a few days in Seattle. We LOVE Seattle! And boy were we impressed at how wonderful the condo was! It was a little cramped with all of our luggage and our daughter's stroller, but that's to be expected for having 6 suitcases with us! It was the "extras" that really made it feel like a real home! Fresh coffee and creamer (and not the powdered kind, the real flavored liquid kind in the fridge! Total life saver for me as we all had jet lag, our 10 month old included and coffee was definitely appreciated at all hours of the day!) washer and dryer with detergent and dryer sheets, cleaning supplies, paper towels, even shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the bathroom! And that is just to name a few. The included parking was great as well! And literally being just a few steps away from the market and City Target, well, for us, we really couldn't have picked a better place to stay! I especially appreciated that Emma and Van made it infant friendly by having a pack and play and booster seat/high chair. Made it so much easier for us to put her in there while we unpacked and to sleep and to feed her. She was especially a fan of the big plush soft carpet in the living room too, she kept rubbing it with hands and smiling! We will DEFINITELY be staying again when we head back to Seattle for vacation! Thanks so much for taking such good care of our family as we travel and relocate to our new home! It truly is the "little things" and "extras" that make a difference! Happy Holidays!!! Kind regards, The Stanchak Family Joe, Robin and Adelynn " - Robin S., APO, AP, 12/14/2013

"Great condo; Great location!. We recently stayed 4 nights in this condo and had a wonderful time. It was clean, well-stocked, quiet, and comfortable. But even better is the location. Close to the Market, shops, bakeries, restaurants, the Ferris Wheel, Puget Sound view, etc. You do not need a car. We will definitely stay here again." - Tom P., 11/16/2013

"I cannot tell you how much we enjoyed the apartment. The location was better than any hotel in the area. We were in the center of everything we wanted to see and do. The unit itself had all the amenities we needed. I would and will stay with you again. Thanks so much!" - Fred H., Long Beach, Ca, 11/16/2013

"Emma and Van, We recently stayed 4 nights in your Pike Place rental. What a wonderful location...the Market, shops, bakeries, restaurants, the Ferris Wheel, Puget Sound view, etc. And the apartment was clean, well-stocked, quiet, and comfortable. We will definitely stay here again upon our return to Seattle. Tom and Trishia Billings, Montana " - Tom P., Billings, MT, 11/13/2013

"Perfect location, clean and comfortable. We will be back next year and will stay here again. Van and Emma have thought of everything. " - Dave Z., Alberta, Ca, 11/04/2013

"Wow, convenient location and perfect accommodations for 2 in the city near all the major attractions and parking to boot. Emma was quick to answer are concerns prior to our arrival, didn't have the opportunity to meet them in person but everything we needed was there in the apartment. Morning coffee available along with many other condiments one may need during your stay. Would definitely recommend for your stay in Seattle. " - Sheila D., 99 Providence Point Lane ,Ha, 10/26/2013

"Absolutely FANTASTIC location ! We were able to park the car in a secure garage and walk to all the sights. Clean, comfortable for 2 adults and very good communication skills and recommendations from the owners. Definitely take the Bainbridge Ferry and come back to view the Seattle lights at night. The Seattle "free" tours with Jake are wonderfully informative and fun ! You pay Jake what you feel his tour was worth. Lunch at The Space Needle is beautiful, overpriced but waives the $19 fee to go to the top of the Needle. The food is good and you must spend $25 per person on food and drink. Don't miss the Chihuly Museum at night ( or day if night isn't possible). It's definitely worth the $19.00. Enjoy !" - Liane H., Gibsonia , Pe, 10/18/2013

"Great apartment located centrally, right near pike place market and the waterfront (aquarium). Loved the wifi, cute kitchen, small balcony with a view, great shower water pressure and the super soft sheets. I would recommend this to couples wanting to see Seattle as practically everything is within walking distance. Thanks!" - Valerie P., Dollard-des-Ormeaux, Qc, 09/09/2013

"My husband and I could not ask for a better location! This apartment was perfect. We would love to come back soon! Thank you for letting us drop off our luggage before check in and for letting us check out later as well. " - Rebekah G., Huntington Beach CA ,92, 09/04/2013

"Wonderful time in Seattle, both the Pike Place and (especially) the Belltown apartments were fantastic. Thank you for making our stay all the more enjoyable." - David S., San Francisco, CA, 08/03/2013

"We had a great time here! The location, right at the market, cannot be beat and the condo is clean and well equipped. Thank you for a wonderful stay." - Leanne M., 109 N Columbus St,La, 07/02/2013

"Our stay was perfect! The view of the sound is unmatched, the location so convenient and the secure parking was wonderful (though, a car might not be necessary if staying in the city). The apartment was fully stocked and so nice to come home back to at the end of a busy day. Can't wait to visit again!!" - Amy D., Ballwin, MO, 06/29/2013

"Great Apartment near Pike Place market. This apartment in Post Alley Court with access to a lovely roof garden with wonderful views of Puget Sound is perfectly located for a stay in Seattle. Emma and Van have taken great care to ensure that their guests are comfortably accommodated. The furnishings are charming and the apartment is well supplied with bathroom and laundry products. The washer and drier, hidden in a cupboard behind bi-fold doors, are very welcome amenities and both appliances operate very efficiently, as does the dishwasher. There is a useful selection of basic ingredients (salt, pepper, olive oil, etc) in the kitchen including a very generous supply of excellent coffee for the coffee maker. We spent four nights in this apartment and found it ideally located for the amazing Pike Place Market, Pike Pub and good restaurants such as Il Bistro and Cafe Campagne. The bizarre Post Alley Gum Wall, Waterfront and Downtown are close by and Safeco Field and the Seattle Center (Space Needle, EMP Museum and Chihuly Glass and Garden) are an easy walk away if you don't mind covering a bit of distance. We wouldn't hesitate to rent this great apartment again should we return to Seattle and we will certainly recommend it to our friends. Many thanks, Emma & Van." - Marg A, Emerald, VIC, Australia, 06/16/2013

The roof deck is one of the best views of the Puget Sound in the entire city...so glad you were able to enjoy it! Thanks for the referrals, and we hope to see you back soon!

"We loved our stay! The condo is in a perfect location for exploring the market, the waterfront as well as a 20 minute walk to the Space Needle. The owners have thought of everything for a relaxed stay. Fully equipped kitchen including spices, maps and suggestions for restaurants and activities, even some bottled water and snacks. The apartment is small but well designed and the large sunny windows make it feel even more spacious." - Douglas S., Niagara Falls,On, 06/16/2013

"Fantastic Place!. Thanks for everything Emma & Van! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Seattle City Suites...the condo could NOT have been in a better location, the views from the deck were unbelievable and we had everything we could have needed. No need to rent a car, you are within walking distance to everything. We will definitely be back to Seattle and we will definitely stay with Seattle City Suites again!" - RedSJ17, Calgary, AB, Canada, 05/01/2013

So glad you enjoyed the location. It is hard to convey in a listing how centrally located it is, but without a doubt the most common feedback we get is "best possible location" and "amazing views"! Thanks for taking the time to leave a review and we hope to see you back soon!

"Great stay. Condo and property is really nice. Everything needed in the condo, down to the olive oil for cooking. Perfect location. Right out the back door to the market. Out the front to the pier. Had a car for two days to go to the Tulip farms. Easy in and out (free) parking. 15 blocks to the ballpark and 10 blocks to the Space Needle...that's the farthest we had to walk. Great trip. Great condo. Thanks Emma and Van! " - Matt J., Tampa, FL, 05/01/2013

"Perfect Location. We loved staying here. It was the perfect location to easily walk to all that downtown Seattle has to offer. Much better than a hotel, with a kitchen and amazing views. The booking process was easy and Emma answered all of our questions before we arrived. We recommend this place to anyone who visits Seattle. "Perfect location! We walked everywhere in town during our 6 day stay. We only rented a car the last 2 days to tour Boeing, see Tacoma, and get back to the airport (the total car rental only $20 more than a taxi from SEA) and the free parking made that easier. The place is clean, lovely, and quiet. I took great photos of ferries in the bay, right from the little balcony. Good food is everywhere and Pike Place Market is really is just out the back door. We could even see our room from Pike Brewing on one of our daily visits there. The roof deck is wonderful. Emma was so friendly and made the whole rental process easy. We will definitely stay here next time we're in Seattle and already are spreading the word. Thanks!" - Nancy D., Laguna Niguel, CA, 04/13/2013

"This is an amazing location. The complex is very secure and the parking is fast, safe and easy. We highly recommend this location. The apartment is very well stocked, clean and has a great view. It was very quiet and peaceful as well. " - Lisa g., West Bloomfield, MI, 04/06/2013

"I had a fantastic stay at Pike Place. The apartment was just the right size and it was close to everything. I loved that I could leave the apartment and walk straight out into Post Alley and go to the marketplace, or walk straight out on to Union and be in downtown. The kitchen was perfect size, lots of coffee in the fridge, and all the cooking tools I needed. The in-apartment washer/dryer was also a huge time saver. And the balcony was nice to have. The roof-top deck was neat, too, and would be great in the summer. I highly recommend! " - Elizabeth A., Mountain view, ca, 02/22/2013

"You've been wonderful to work with and we're excited to be staying at your property." - David &., 20 School Street; Salem, MA, 01/06/2013

"The apartment was beautiful and decorated in a fun manner. The location was amazing with being a block from the waterfront and pikes place market. The view of the water was great! I stayed with my Daughter and her two friends for her 16th birthday and they absolutely had a blast. This place cost me less then a hotel room with two Queen beds which i had originally booked. The apartment was nicer, roomier and with a better location and view. I highly recommend going this route." - Angela S., Olympia, WA, 12/09/2012

"Dear Emma and Van, Thank you for all your help with the condo. It was as described -- with views of the water and proximity to the pike market and downtown -- a perfect base for people who want to discover Seattle. I will definitely recommend this to friends! " - Myra M., 10409 Logan Drive,Po, 11/27/2012

"Our 2 night stay at Seattle City Suites was fantastic and the close proximity to Pike's Market was an absolute bonus. The suite's décor was stunning and fresh. Emma and Van made sure we had what we needed including coffee beans with a coffee grinder for our morning cup of “Joe.” What was especially cool about the Seattle City Suites was the location. It's within a very short walk to Pike's Market, Hard Rock Café, sports stadiums, bars, restaurants and the waterfront. In addition, the Seattle City Suites is very close to the from the Light Rail transportation system. There is no need to rent a car if you're coming from the Seattle/Tacoma airport to downtown. Emma and Van answered all our questions and offered some great suggestions on restaurants in the area, etc. We would definitely stay again at the Seattle City Suites and will recommend the same to our family and friends.
